Scalp Massage

20 mins £8
With all stress off getting organised for all the festivities, a good scalp massage could be just what you need.
This includes a quick facial cleanse and followed by a comforting scalp massage. Using a facial massage cream with calming Chamomile and warming Lemon essential oils.

Hot Stone Foot & Leg Massage

40 mins £ 10
This is a truly grounding and stimulating massage and includes:
A nice cup of tea/ coffee or hot chocolate, while you have cleansing foot  exfoliation before I  bathe them to help you switch off.  A bonding experience is felt at this point, and I can then dry off the feet and follow this with a soothing yet invigorating massage with hot stones incorporated, to cleanse the chakras.
This massage will leave you walking on air with added energy and a liberated mind. 
 
Serenity's Signature.
This massage is designed to relieve tension and ease a tired mind. giving  you an all round feeling of well - being .
Includes a slow and soothing back massage with the pressure of your choice. No vigorous techniques are used. Just my " In -house" blended oils.
Then a relaxing shoulder, face & scalp massage ends the treatment.
This will take 50 mins and costs  £15
Standard Massage
A Standard Massage using Sweet Almond oil. With no scents. A perfect way to wind down and ease tension.
30 min Back Massage £9 (£14)
Full Body Massage lasts 1hr. Includes the Back, back of legs/ front of legs and arms. £20(£25)
Espa Body Massage . Using Espa rituals and body oils to suit your mood. Back £ 25 full body £ 35 (£40)
Hot Stone Massage
Using my " In-house" Blend of essential oils, I use Balsamic Stones. Taken from the earth's core, to cleanse the bodies channels and Rebalance the Chakras.
This treatment is perfect for the winter.
Giving you time to recharge and rebalance. 
Many Holistic treatments can include hot stones. ( Prices are typed in brackets)

Deep Tissue Massage.
This is not a relaxing massage, but a slow and deep massage to reach the deeper muscle tissues, and remove toxin build up.
Hacking, the forearm and the elbow are used during this massage to ease fatigued and painful muscles. Perfect if you need a sports massage, but want a full body treatment

                                            Elemis Deep Tissue Massage £40 - Using Elemis Muscle ease, Frangipani Monoi  or Celutox  oil .

Indian Head Massage.

A wonderfully therapeutic experience. This includes a shoulder, face draining and full scalp massage. Clears the mind. relieves tinnitus and helps to calm the nerves. 45 mins £15

Hopi Ear Candles.

A warming and gentle ear Cleansing treatment. To  clear the sinuses, relieve hay fever and migraines. Includes a lymph draining massage. 1 hr £20

Reflexology

Reflexology clears the 10 energy channels within our bodies. Which if blocked , makes us feel unwell or sluggish. This allows the energies to flow freely and in turn the body can heal itself. 45 mins £15
